As managers you know your policy and processes back to front but it’s how to cope with people’s emotions within the workplace which can often catch the most experienced managers out.

Life happens at work and often it is the difficult aspects – whether that is a terminal diagnosis of an employee, an employee has a life-changing accident or an employee’s suicide attempt – these aren’t the normal day to day things but within organisations these do and will happen and ensuring you are prepared and skilled to support and manage your employees emotions is critical to how effectively you can support your employees.

Join GCS for our 2-hour workshop where you will learn crucial communications skills as well as gain confidence in how to handle these difficult situations within the workplace. Gloucestershire Counselling Services is a charitable organisation which has a legacy of 25 years training qualified counsellors on our nationally accredited courses.
